Statutes of the State of Washington, as specified in this code, including those titles and chapters hereof relating to law enforcement and criminal prosecution, including, but not limited to PMC Titles 9, Peace, Safety and Morals, and 10, Vehicles and Traffic, are adopted by reference as a part of the City Code as if set forth in full, copies of the text thereof as provided in the Revised Code of Washington shall be on file in the offices of the City Clerk or as otherwise directed by the City Clerk for access to persons seeking the same.
