The purpose of this chapter is to establish an efficient system to enforce the regulations of the City of Pasco, to provide an opportunity for a prompt hearing on alleged violations of such regulations, to establish monetary penalties for violations as authorized by RCW 34A.11.020, and to establish a standard procedure to be used by the City to abate unsafe or unlawful conditions.
