The Benton-Franklin Public Transportation Benefit Authority (BFPTBA) may at its sole expense and liability, at the locations designated by resolution duly passed by the Pasco City Council, or approved by the City Engineer under circumstances set forth below, erect and maintain a uniform sign or signs, approved by the City Director of Public Works, giving notice of a bus stop. In so doing, the BFPTBA agrees to indemnify and save the City harmless from any and all claims, objects, costs and expenses whatsoever arising out of BFPTBA activities and the acts of BFPTBA employees, including, but without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the City in defending itself against such claims or in establishing its rights to indemnity as provided herein.
