When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours at any time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. of any day, except Sundays and public holidays, and within the district, upon the street, or upon any City parking lot described in PMC 10.70.100, Schedule VI.
