12.16.010 Burning rubbish on streets prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to deposit any refuse or any substance whatever upon the streets or sidewalks within the City, and it is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to accumulate and burn any rubbish or other substance upon the paved streets or sidewalks of the City.
