Postal service shall be maintained in accordance with the instruction of the United States Postal Service. The permittee shall be responsible for moving mailboxes to temporary locations designated by the Postal Service, and upon completion of the work he shall replace them as directed. The permittee shall contact the United States Postal Service to determine its requirements with respect to the maintenance of postal service and shall comply with these requirements.
