One-half of the revenue received by the City as compensation for the right-of-way vacated shall be dedicated to the acquisition, improvement, development and related maintenance of public open space or transportation capital projects within the City. [Ord. 4290 § 1, 2016; Code 1970 § 12.40.140.]
