13.20.030 Multiple dwelling unit, irrigation and commercial – Minimum monthly rate.

A minimum monthly amount, as set forth in Chapter 3.35 PMC, shall be charged to multiple dwelling units, irrigation and commercial accounts inside the corporate limits of the City of Pasco for water service for the following:
