13.25.010 Water system capital expansion/replacement charges.

At the time of application for the installation of a customer service account within the City limits, a fee as set forth in Chapter 3.35 PMC, for each of the following categories shall be paid to the City in all cases where the installation of a service line is required for the initiation of service:
