The monthly rate for each dwelling unit within the corporate limits of the City of Pasco shall be as set forth in Chapter 3.35 PMC. “Dwelling unit” as used herein includes each unit, space or lot for rent or lease in a park for mobile homes, recreational vehicles and trailers whether or not actually rented; provided, however, that multiple-family residential buildings with five residential units or more and mobile home and recreational vehicle parks with five residential units or more (whether or not actually rented) shall pay a minimum monthly rate for each dwelling unit, as set forth in Chapter 3.35 PMC.
