Due to the limited capacity of the process water reuse facilities and the seasonal nature of the industrial user’s operations, use of the process water reuse facilities shall be subject to usage limitations. These usage limitations shall be as specified in the discharge permit issued by the City prior to connection to the facilities and the planned annual production schedule and assigned loadings of the industrial user. At the beginning of each calendar year, the industrial user shall provide in writing to the Director of Public Works an assumed monthly production schedule and average day loadings for the coming year. The City reserves the right to shape, limit or restrict loadings from any industrial user to assure that the industrial user stays within the limitations of the discharge permit and the capacity of the process water reuse facility.
