13.70.130 Classification of permit – Fees.

(1) There shall be two classes of building sewer and side sewer permits:
(a) For residential and commercial service.
(b) For service to establishments producing industrial wastes.
(2) In either case, the owner or his agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the City. The permit and inspection fee shall be paid to the City at the time the application is filed. Any street cuts are required to be pursuant to permit as provided in PMC 12.24.070.
