No commercial RV dumps will be allowed. Residential RV dumps will be allowed for one residential RV owned by the resident, through a cleanout installed in the homeowner’s side service not to be located in front of the house. All joints and connections shall be made gastight and watertight. All expenses incurred in the installation of any cleanout will be the responsibility of the owner.
