13.70.210 Storm waters.

Storm water, well water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be contained on the property and not disposed into the City sewer system without permission from the Director and in accordance with Chapter 13.80 PMC.
(1) Prohibited Discharges to Storm Sewers or Natural Outlets. The discharge of garbage, shredded or unshredded, industrial wastes, sewage, or wastewater shall not be allowed in storm sewers, drywells, infiltration trenches or natural outlets.
(2) Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged upon approval of the Director to a storm sewer, sanitary sewer or natural outlet. [Ord. 3702 § 2, 2004; Code 1970 § 13A.52.200.]
