The admission into the public sewers or POTW of any waters or wastes having the potential to cause interference with the natural flow of wastewater within the sewer collection system, cause degradation of, or interfere with the operations of the POTW, shall meet the requirements as described in Chapters 13.70 and 13.90 PMC. Plans, specifications, and any other pertinent information relating to proposed preliminary treatment facilities shall be subject to review and the approval of the Director and no construction of such facilities shall be commenced until all required approvals are obtained in writing.
