No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, cooling water or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer without approval by the Director. [Ord. 3702 § 2, 2004; Code 1970 § 13A.52.190.]
