Septic tank waste dumpings deposited at the wastewater treatment plant shall not be untypical and/or have characteristics inconsistent with that common to domestic waste. Specifically, the septage shall:

(1) Have a pH above 5.5 and below 9.0; and

(2) Not contain toxic or poisonous substances that would interfere with the treatment process or by its content be considered hazardous waste as defined by state statute or administrative regulation; and

(3) Not contain any petroleum-based product or other flammable material; and

(4) Not contain more than 100 parts per million by weight of fat, vegetable oil, or grease; and

(5) Not contain rocks or sand. [Ord. 2722 § 1, 1989; Code 1970 § 13.54.030.]
