Any person, firm, business or corporation found to be dumping other than residential dwelling unit septage at the wastewater treatment plant will immediately forfeit its privilege to do any further septage treatment/disposal at the Pasco wastewater treatment plant. Any person, firm, business or corporation disposing its septage into the City of Pasco sewage system at other than the wastewater treatment plant will be subject to prosecution under PMC 13.75.010 and any other applicable law.
