13.85.070 Irrigation water availability.

Irrigation water is available when any of the following exists:
(1) An active irrigation service is on the property;
(2) Irrigation water is being delivered in a pipe adjacent to the property;
(3) Written confirmation of irrigation water availability has been provided by Franklin County Irrigation District. [Ord. 4030, 2011; Code 1970 § 13.61.061.]
