13.85.200 Rates and charges.
(1) Irrigation water service shall be charged on a monthly basis for each month of the irrigation season, as set forth in Chapter 3.35 PMC, for the following rate categories:
(a) Base rate, per unit, for each single-family residential property less than 15,000 square feet in size. For larger properties, the base rate, plus a charge for the applicable number of irrigation units shall apply;
(b) Base rate, per unit, for each property containing landscaped, irrigated area of less than 10,000 square feet in area. For larger irrigated areas, the base rate, plus a charge for the applicable number of irrigation units shall apply;
(c) Per irrigation unit;
(d) Per irrigated acre, for public parks, playgrounds and open spaces.
