15.70.180 Relocation or removal of facilities.

Within 30 days following written notice from the City, a grantee shall, at its own expense, temporarily or permanently remove, relocate, change or alter the position of any communications facilities within the public ways or upon City property whenever the City Engineer shall have determined that such removal, relocation, or alteration is reasonably necessary for:
(1) The construction, repair, maintenance or installation of any City or other public improvement in or upon the public ways or City property; or
(2) The operations of the City or other governmental entity in or upon the public ways or City property. [Ord. 3287 § 1, 1998; Code 1970 § 15.70.180.]
