Before a permit, franchise or lease granted pursuant hereto is effective, and as necessary thereafter, the grantee shall provide and deposit such monies, bonds, letters of credit or other instruments in form and substance acceptable to the City. [Ord. 3287 § 1, 1998; Code 1970 § 15.70.300.]
