Unless otherwise specified in a franchise or right-of-way use permit, fees and compensation for use of the public rights-of-way shall be paid to the City pursuant to the standards set forth in Chapter 5.45 PMC. [Ord. 3287 § 1, 1998; Code 1970 § 15.80.070.]
