15.90.020 Enforcement.

If the City Council, after notice and hearing, decides that the grantee is in default of any provision of this title or any provision of an approval granted hereunder, then the City may:
(1) Seek specific performance;
(2) Seek monetary damages or equitable relief; and/or
(3) In the case of a default of a material provision of this title or any provision of an approval granted hereunder, terminate the right-of-way use permit, franchise or facilities lease. [Ord. 3287 § 1, 1998; Code 1970 § 15.90.020.]
