An impervious surface improvement shall be designed to drain, confine and/or impound storm water or site-generated water within the private property upon which the improvement is to be located. The Building Inspector shall determine the adequacy of all plans and methods for the drainage or proposed impervious surface improvements in conjunction with the most current adopted Stormwater Management Manual for Eastern Washington.
