The owner or any party in interest, within 30 days from the date of service upon him or her and the posting of an order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer under the provisions of PMC 16.70.060, may appeal by filing a written notice of appeal, together with the applicable fee, with the Code Enforcement Board or his or her designee. The appeal need not be in a particular form, but must clearly state that the person identified in the notice of appeal is the person to whom an order of abatement was given, the date of the order and notice of the appeal, and the reason or reasons why the person believes the notice to be in error.
