The permit required by this section is issued by the Building Official pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. In determining whether the criteria for approval of a sign permit are satisfied, the Building Official shall use the criteria set forth in this sign code. A decision is to be made within 14 working days of receipt of a complete application and payment of the fee required. Application for a sign permit shall be in written form upon forms furnished by the Building Official and shall include information as the Building Official deems necessary to show full compliance with this sign code and all other laws and ordinances affecting the construction and location of the sign.
