17.20.060 Approval.

(1) Each sign shall be adequately constructed in accordance with the requirements of the International Building Code and sign codes, as amended.
(2) Signs containing electrical circuitry shall meet the requirements of all state laws and shall include an approved testing lab sticker. [Ord. 3790 § 4, 2006; Code 1970 § 17.07.060.]
