Except where otherwise specifically permitted by this code, it shall be unlawful and constitute a civil infraction for any person or entity to erect, maintain, locate, or relocate any off-premises sign of any kind within the City of Pasco. [Ord. 3790 § 7, 2006; Code 1970 § 17.13.010.]
