19.15.050 Application for license – Form.

The application for a business license shall be made on forms prepared by the City Clerk and shall include the following:
(1) The name and address of the owner in fee of the residential park. If the fee is vested in some person other than the applicant, a duly verified statement by that person, stipulating that the applicant is authorized by him to construct or maintain the residential park and make the application, must accompany the application;
(2) Such legal description of the premises as will readily identify and locate the premises;
