(1) The Building Inspector is authorized to revoke the certificate of occupancy issued pursuant to the terms of this title if after due investigation it is determined that the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this title.

(2) The Health Officer is authorized to revoke the Health Department permit if any residential park is being maintained in an unsanitary condition. Such revocation of the Health Department permit shall automatically suspend the residential business license.
