Temporary parking or stopping of factory-assembled homes or mobile homes, either occupied or unoccupied, shall be limited to emergency parking on any street, alley or highway in the City and limited to no more than two hours, subject to any other and further prohibitions, regulations or ordinances for that street, alley or highway.
