19.30.030 Permittees limited – Responsible.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) No person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity may obtain a permit unless he, she, or it:
(a) Owns the home; or
(b) Is a factory-assembled home or mobile home dealer licensed by the state and the City; or
(c) Is a contractor licensed by the state and the City.
