The City Clerk shall prepare the minutes of all regular business, workshop and special City Council meetings. A copy of the minutes shall be prepared for approval of the City Council at its next regular business meeting. The minutes need not be read in open meeting except that on motion of the Council, the minutes of any previous meeting may be read in full.
