The City will provide City employees with necessary personal equipment to assure their safety and to assist in the proper performance of their duty. Employees are required to wear this equipment in accordance with departmental rules and regulations; departmental rules and regulations will be in accordance with Department of Labor and Industry recommendations, and will be approved by the City Manager.
