Sick leave shall accrue at the rate of one day for each month for each regular employee to a maximum accumulated sick leave of 120 days; however, the severance benefit provided in PMC 2.105.170 shall be based on the product of 25 percent times the accrued number of sick leave days up to a total of 90 days. This section shall not apply to an employee who is a member of a collective bargaining unit having an agreement with the City.
