The City Clerk shall publish an advertisement of such auction or sale once each week for two successive weeks in the official city newspaper. All pending sales shall also be advertised by a notice posted on a public bulletin board in a conspicuous place at the City Hall. Both posting and the date of last publication must be at least five calendar days before the date for submitting the bids or the date of such sale.
