PMC 2.125.300 does not apply to or prohibit the removal of any remains from one lot to another within the cemetery or the removal of remains by the City from a lot or niche for which the purchase price is past due and unpaid, to some other suitable place; nor do they apply to the disinterment of remains upon order of court or coroner.
