The City Manager shall secure legal services for the prosecution of cases on behalf of the City in the Municipal Court by appointment of such full-time, part-time, and/or contractual professional services as best serve the interest of the City. [Ord. 3545 § 6, 2002; Code 1970 § 2.09.010.]
