The City Clerk shall be an appointive officer for the City of Pasco. The City Clerk shall be appointed by the City Manager or his designee. The City Manager or his designee shall also appoint persons to serve as a Deputy City Clerk, Assistant City Clerk, or temporary City Clerk as necessary and may designate and limit the powers and duties such persons shall have.
