There is established and created in the City, a Firemen’s Pension System as provided in Chapter 41.16 RCW. For the purposes of this chapter, all of the provisions of the statute are adopted by the City and are made a part hereof by reference. [Code 1970 § 2.22.050; Code 1954 § 2-6.04.]
