There is hereby established a Park and Recreation Advisory Board for the City of Pasco, which shall advise the City Council on matters relating to park and recreation programs, including senior citizen programs, and recreation facilities of the City; and which shall perform such other functions as may be assigned to it from time to time by the City Council.
