A staff member appointed by the City Manager shall be the staff liaison officer for the Board and, in this capacity, shall represent the day-to-day interests of the City as they relate to the business of the Board. The staff liaison officer shall serve as secretary for the Board, including preparation of agendas and minutes of meetings, and other related clerical duties.
