There is hereby established a City of Pasco Historic Preservation Commission, consisting of not less than five and no more than seven members, as provided in PMC 20.10.020 and 20.10.030. Members of the City of Pasco Historic Preservation Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Pasco City Council and shall be residents or own property in the City of Pasco, except as provided in PMC 20.10.020(2).
