(1) Applications shall be forwarded to the Commission by the Franklin County Assessor within 10 calendar days of filing.

(2) Applications shall be reviewed by the Commission before December 31st of the calendar year in which the application is made; provided, that the application is received prior to October 1st.

(3) Commission decisions regarding the applications shall be certified in writing and filed with the Franklin County Assessor within 10 calendar days of issuance. [Ord. 4178 § 1, 2014; Ord. 3785 § 1, 2006; Code 1970 § 27.080.010.]
