Any decision of the Commission on an application for classification as historic property under this chapter shall be subject to an administrative appeal before the Hearing Examiner pursuant to Chapter 25.195 PMC, prior to initiating an action for appeal to the Franklin County Superior Court as provided in RCW 84.26.130. Any decision of the Commission on the disqualification of historic property eligible for special valuation may be appealed to the Franklin County Board of Equalization in accordance with RCW 84.40.038.
