It is unlawful to sell, offer for sale, option or otherwise dispose of any interest in lots in any plat unless such plat has been approved as specified in this title and has been recorded in the Office of the Auditor of Franklin County. [Ord. 3398 § 2, 1999; Code 1970 § 26.04.070.]
