It is unlawful to sell, trade, or otherwise convey any lot or parcel of land as part of, or in conformity with, any binding site plan, plat, short plat or replat of any subdivision unless the binding site plan, plat, short plat or replat shall have first been approved by the City and lawfully recorded in the Office of the Auditor of Franklin County.
