Plan/profile maps shall be prepared for all proposed streets, sanitary sewer systems and water systems. The horizontal scale of such plans shall be one inch equals 50 feet and the vertical scale shall be one inch equals five feet or as approved by the City Engineer. The plans required by this section shall show all existing and proposed topography, utilities, grades, lot lines with appropriate numbers, rights-of-way and all other features or additional information required by the City Engineer.
