Any person desiring to divide land into nine lots or fewer for the purpose of sale, lease or transfer of ownership shall submit an application for short plat approval to the City Planner together with an application fee as specified in PMC 3.35.110. [Ord. 3398 § 2, 1999; Code 1970 § 26.36.040.]
